“Who Will Own the Forest? 7”  September 19-21, 2011

Pensions, endowments, and other investors are allocating part of their portfolios to forestland as they seek diversification, inflation protection, and potentially higher rates of return than the bond or equity markets.  Please join us and hundreds of others as they meet to discuss forestland investing’s unique opportunities and challenges. The “Who Will Own the Forest?” conference series has become the largest event of its kind in North America, and is considered by many to be the premier forestland investing event. This 2½ day conference will offer ample networking and learning opportunities including continuing education credits for appraisers, attorneys, foresters, and CPAs.

"The Forest Products Forum: Portland 2011"  September 22, 2011

Seeking information on the outlook for timber end use markets? Extend your stay an extra day immediately after Who Will Own the Forest? 7 and hear Forest Economic Advisors and other experts as they examine the leading trends and drivers affecting the North American markets for housing, lumber, wood panels, timber, engineered lumber, and wood biomass.

Special rates apply to those attending both WWOTF7 and the Forum.

Check out our new Forestland Investing Portal for reading, directories, and other sources of information on this sector.
